Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. History: Cory hails from a village terrorized by illithids. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has worked as a Merchant like his father before him.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. He has worked as a Sellsword like his mother before him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to be a scribe again

He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
