He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kody fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Sailor father left him crippled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and many drow want him driven away

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Clerebold's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He is greedy.
