Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
