Description: An older man who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Kyle was born with his father's beautiful face. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He carries with him a set of nunchakus on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Motivation: To be a Painter again.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He worked as a nervous Roofer and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to be a fortune-teller again

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'5". He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple yellow line shooting up and back down. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shipwright profession.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern
