He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Norman was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Norman alone in the world.
