Description: He tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Adventurer business.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Adventurer. He's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He stands about 6'5" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His silver hair is still thick. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Roland speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He carries with him a set of scythes, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kyle is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Kyle hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he wants revenge against brigands

History: Born in the north to a Apothecary, John learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He struck the Apothecary job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and balancing his hectic life and new apothecary responsibilities is difficult
