History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but he was a colossal failure. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
