History: Born in the west to a Shoemaker, Kyle learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Bertram was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bertram's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Raymond wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bounty Hunter. He tends to his Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
