Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has blue eyes and a violet hat with a grey feather.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has worked as a Beggar like his mother before him.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a grey shirt with thin black vertical stripes and green pants. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.
History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Henry learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born in the north. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of drow

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Clerebold will drive conversation. He is a great chef.
History: Clerebold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gunter does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When Gunter reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
