Upon awakening, Alex discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Alex fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He tends to his Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Anthony was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Anthony's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rolf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
