Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: He wears bulky grey painted plate armor. He carries with him a set of kukris on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Frederick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
