History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Dean was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fletcher. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
