Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Painter profession.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
