History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He struck the Carpenter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Frederick wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He uses divination through singing.

History: Frederick was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This late middle aged man wears many layers of old clothing at all times and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. After coming to the age of reason, Conrad took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Ernest was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ernest's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'4" and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has shaved his head bald. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Merchant. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
