History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dustin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a Soapmaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arnold does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. When Gerald reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Gomory enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.
