Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Baker, marred by chocolates. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gunter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gunter was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and many giants want him driven away

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a grey tunic with brown highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Glassblower born in the past three hundred years. He is a great chef.
History: Born in the west to a Glassblower, Frederick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Frederick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing his hectic life and new glassblower responsibilities is difficult

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he is greedy

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is blonde and very short. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Percival was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Human compassion; and he feels kind of lost in life
