Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Don was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
