History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Aldous never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Jocelyn speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the east to a Slave Trader, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aldous was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
