Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. He carries with him a set of glaives on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Dilettante profession.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, grey shirt, and green tie. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of illithids

His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Wymar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and he perpetually has his hand crossbow ready. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Gunter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy.
