Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kody embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kody studied abroad. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roger does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.
