History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Henry was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Servant. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
