History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second son.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born in the west. Roland was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
