History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Chad and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Chad discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Chad fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Kyle was born with his father's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and money/treasure

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has no hair. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his feathered white hat.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bowyer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Kody hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has worked as a Bowyer like his mother before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The war was a terrible time for him, and Guy does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
