History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Crown-heir. He has worked as a Crown-heir like his mother before him.
