History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Lance was taken on many hunting expeditions. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
