Description: A middle-aged man, he wears long strands of amethyst and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and is pretty ugly. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Randal took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His golden hair is knotted and matted. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to work out more often
