Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Tim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor.
