Apothecary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Miles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Cook and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
