Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his small white hat.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Henry never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This late middle aged man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame and is in decent physical shape. His hair is short and black. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and expand his business

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His white hair is thinning but still full. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Simon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anthony fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
