History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hugh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and balancing his hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult

He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
