Jocelyn Hornsby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man wears dark leathers with embroidery. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Everard Churchill, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His eyes are violet.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Animal Trainer.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Peter Quinton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Peter was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
Ideals: Logical. Flaws: Antagonistic, Disease. Bonds: Attractive. Occupation: Shipwright
Voice: Draws out vowels

Roland Easton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A 6'4" western man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
