His father taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Theobald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Theobald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
