Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theobald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in warhammer use. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
