Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a simple white robe with violet stripes complete with hood. His brown hair is long and unkept. Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Adelard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sage business.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Ernest was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ernest liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a black coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He is dressed in earthy colors with a red and blue handkerchief worn on his right side, marred by chocolates. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Chad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Chad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
