Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
