History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Percival grew up listening to his father's many stories. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
