History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
