History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Trym lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
