In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Clerebold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody.
