History: Balimaar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
