He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north to a Mortician, Nicholas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Wymar began to lead the lost caravan. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His first spouse was a Gardener, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Richard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rolf grew up listening to his father's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
