The war was a terrible time for him, and Raymond does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
