History: Geoffrey lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born in the north to a Carter, Kyle learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
