Bernard Conway, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His head has been shaved. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Don was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
