History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His first spouse was a Seamstress, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he very much looks the part of a Mayor. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Patrick embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Patrick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.
