When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: This malnourished man wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his greataxe. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Patrick was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Ernest learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
