Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a dagger on his belt. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bernard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Charles speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Mortician; and to reunite with his old friends

His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a great chef.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is portly but not overly obese. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Stableman, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
