He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Norman was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a Herbalist first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears just a pastel suit. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Arnold lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bowyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and to unite with his sister

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Clerebold hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longbow use. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'4" and wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
