History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Percival fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.
