History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 70. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Jocelyn was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Guy is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
